The tail pulley is found at the loading end of the belt. It comes with both sides of a flat face or a slatted profile, that cleans the belt by permitting the fabric to fall between the support members and this tail pulley guides the conveyor belt back up to the highest side, repeating the cycle. It is mainly used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt or press conveyor belt to extend the angle between the conveyor drum and conveyor drum.
