Custom Solutions & Turnkey Projects

In addition to standard products, we specialise in customised material handling solutions tailored to client requirements. Our turnkey capabilities cover the entire project lifecycle—from concept and design to manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
This integrated approach ensures efficient execution, reduced timelines, and optimal system performance.

Slag handling

Customized cleanup systems built to handle slag—the rocky, glass-like byproduct left over after metal has been smelted. Slag is incredibly hot, sharp-edged, and highly abrasive, so these dribble conveyors are heavily armored with heat-resistant materials to catch and reclaim the sharp particles that fall off the main lines.

Sponge Iron Plants

Specialized dribble units designed for Directly Reduced Iron (DRI) or sponge iron facilities. Sponge iron production involves running iron ore through a massive, tilting rotary kiln. The resulting material is hot, dusty, and highly prone to slipping through equipment gaps. These dribble conveyors sit directly beneath heavy-duty apron feeders to catch fine iron ore and char before it can choke the plant floor.

Who Uses It?

Ash Handling Systems

Auxiliary conveyors were built to handle fly ash and bottom ash from massive industrial boilers. Because dry ash is powdery and easily airborne, and wet ash gets sticky like cement, these dribble conveyors are tightly enclosed. They catch the fine particles that escape primary discharge points and feed them safely into ash disposal or recycling lines.

Coal handling

The most common application is bulk material handling. Coal is notoriously dusty, and when wet, it becomes incredibly sticky, clinging to conveyor belts (carryback) and dropping all over the walkway. These dribble conveyors sit at crucial transfer points or under coal crushers to scrape up the spillage and put it right back into the main fuel line.

Who Uses It?

Klinker Handling

Klinker is the glowing-hot, rock-hard nodule produced in cement kilns before it is ground into actual cement. It is extremely abrasive and handles temperatures up to 250°C. Dribble conveyors in this section are heavy-duty, high-temperature units placed under clinker coolers and deep-pan conveyors to trap falling, jagged clinker dust.

Chutes Fabrication

Chutes and Hoppers

The material containment and directing units of a plant. Hoppers act as large, funnel-shaped storage bins that hold raw materials and regulate their flow. Chutes are enclosed inclined channels that safely guide those materials as they drop from one level, machine, or conveyor belt to another, controlling speed and preventing dust and spillage.
